What does following Jesus have to do with politics? A lot more—and perhaps something deeper—than we realize. In this sermon series, Before the Ballot, we’re exploring how our discipleship to Jesus shapes and forms our view of politics, our role as citizens, our civic responsibility, and the way we engage a divided world. In a cultural moment where political identity can easily become part of our identity, we’re taking a step back and asking: What does it look like to be formed by Jesus before we are formed by a political party, candidate, ideology, or platform? This series isn't about telling you what to vote for. It’s about considering who is forming you as you decide how to live, think, speak, and participate. Because before the ballot, there is discipleship. Whether you’re joining our church service live or watching the replay, we’re glad you’re here. We pray today’s worship and message encourage you, strengthen your faith, and help you take your next step with Jesus. New to FWC?
